Hi.

Welcome to my little corner of the web! I document my families hosted stay adventures, some cool collaborations with great brands and sometimes just whatever is on my mind. I hope to connect with you!

Alright guys, let’s discuss our hosted stay at Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek! This gorgeous property is located within the Walt Disney World® gates and surrounded by 500 acres of woodlands. This AAA Four-Diamond-rated resort offers upscale amenities, amazing service, and distinctive dining in a unique lakeside setting.

The main lobby area

This property also runs various shuttles per day to and from the local theme parks, complimentary for guests on property! How fantastic is that? Upon check-in they will provide you with a map of the property and also a detailed shuttle schedule, which is fantastic for families wanting to visit any of the Disney parks during their stay.

Property amenities include a spa, four restaurants, bar, barista, 24-hour fitness center, five pools, arcade, and two lazy rivers. It’s seriously impressive! Not to mention, the property is wrapped around a gorgeous lake that’s home to many families of ducks, adding so much tranquility and peace to the atmosphere!

I also thought it was beyond cool that while the hotel is only one of the various buildings on property and the rest are vacation club/time shares, you still have access to all of the pools, lazy rivers and amenities that every building offers. The property also has a gorgeous walking path that encompasses the entire lake, linking all of the buildings together. It truly is massive, yet gorgeous and so peaceful to just go for a morning walk with your coffee or for a run to get some exercise!

Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek also offers a variety of rooms to book, including accessible rooms, which I found to be amazing and incredibly inclusive to individuals requiring more accessibility. My family chose to stay in a “Family Bunk Room with 1 King bed” which was absolutely perfect for our little party of three! We could have easily fit another child comfortably, but my girl definitely loved having the entire bunk bed to bounce back and forth on! I loved how the bunk bed was behind a wall, which created more privacy and comfort for everyone. I highly recommend this room if traveling with little ones!

Amenities within the rooms on property include plush Simmons Beautyrest bedding, WiFi, a 55-inch flat-screen LG LED 4K Ultra TV, Babor bath products, an alarm clock with bluetooth charging station, mini-refrigerator, and Keurig with premium coffees and teas.

We also LOVED the view from our room! While we didn’t have a balcony and there are various rooms with them, we did face two of the amazing pools including the lake which was beyond picturesque! Honestly, the best part was at night! We didn’t realize we would have a full view of the various Disney parks, which allowed us to perfectly view the nightly Epcot fireworks show! It was SPECTACULAR. I highly recommend requesting a room that is on one of the higher floors and faces Epcot so you are able to catch this beautiful show every night! For reference, we were on the 13th floor.

Attention coffee-lovers! If you love your cup of coffee like me, you might want to take advantage of this neat offer on property! If you purchase one of their souvenir cups for $15.00 you can refill it as much as you want with hot or iced coffee at the Starbucks barista on property for just $2.25. Seriously! Such a fabulous deal! I took advantage right away, plus I have a great souvenir cup to go home with! Win, win!

Now let’s talk dining-There are various options for dining on property and we visited three of them! The amazing buffet at Tesoro Cove for breakfast, Back Bay Pool Bar & Grill for lunch and deep blu for dinner. Every meal was fabulous and we had zero complaints!

First up, breakfast! You could either stop by the Starbucks located near the main lobby or visit the breakfast buffet. We chose the buffet because of the wide variety of options and it honestly just looked amazing! The buffet was beautiful, clean and had a fabulous variety of options to choose from! There’s also an omelet station, fresh fruits, cereals, meats, pastries and so many more delicious options to choose from! We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast here and I can’t recommend it enough!

Both days we also ate lunch at Back Bay Pool Bar & Grill due to its proximity to the pool. It’s located right between the main Oasis Pool and the Pirate pool, which is fantastic, especially if you have little ones in tow! The service at Back Bay was truly great, the food was delicious and we loved the relaxed atmosphere! Back Bay also offers various drink specials, happy hour and even live music on the weekends! It really is such a fantastic spot to hang out at while you’re enjoying the pools and lazy rivers. It’s also very casual, so feel free to hop out of the pool, wrap a towel around yourself and walk right in! We ate in our swimsuits both days and felt completely relaxed.

On our final night on property we enjoyed the most spectacular dinner I have ever had! Seriously, it was THAT GOOD. No exaggeration, every single item I consumed at deep blu was out of this world, beyond delicious. This restaurant is definitely more of an upscale establishment and I would recommend going for a date night or an adult night out while visiting this property. Heck, I would drive to this resort just to visit the restaurant even without a hotel reservation! It’s THAT GOOD! While we had our kids in tow which was fine, if we were to go back I think the atmosphere is better suited for adults.

After dinner at deep blu we stopped by Bar 1521, which is located directly outside of deep blu restaurant, for a night cap cocktail that definitely did not disappoint one bit! While we were awaiting our cocktails, we came across the cutest and most whimsical tucked away seating area which was PERFECT for the kiddos to unwind and play UNO before bed. This was directly next to Bar 1521 and perfect if you wanted to grab a drink and relax just mere steps away from the bar.

Wrapping it all up…If you are looking for a truly incredible resort located beyond the Disney gates and just minutes from all of the Disney parks, look no further than Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek. This property is beyond spectacular, has more amenities than I could have imagined, a complimentary shuttle service to Disney and SO MUCH MORE. My entire family was sad to check out and my little one was already asking when we could return! We all truly hope to visit this property again soon because it was THAT GOOD!

A BIG thank you to Hayworth PR and Wyndham Grand Orlando Resort Bonnet Creek for hosting my little family! We are beyond appreciative of this fabulous opportunity to visit a stunning Orlando resort!

Until next time!

XO, Nikki
