Are you looking for an amazingly fun family getaway packed full of fun Halloween events to enjoy? If so, I have JUST the location for you! Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center located in Kissimmee, Florida! Their “Goblins & Giggles” Halloween event is jam-packed with 13 separate events guaranteed to bring spooktacular magic to your stay!

Before we discuss all of the Halloween events, let’s familiarize you with the incredible property, shall we?

Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center is a MASSIVE property, having around 2,000 guest rooms, a 4.5 acre lush atrium, water park, convention center, spa, various restaurants and SO MUCH MORE! Honestly, you could never leave the property during your visit and be more than content and thrilled with your time spent there, even though it’s just minutes from popular Orlando theme parks.

As I mentioned above, this fun Halloween event consists of 13 various themed activities. While we certainly would have loved to participate in all of them, I will just share with you the ones that we did attend. I will also preface this blog piece with the fact that while we were hosted for a two-night stay to experience the “Goblins & Giggles” event, we LOVED it so much that we came back just two weeks later for an additional two night stay own accord! We just had to experience more of the Halloween fun and enjoy the waterpark! The property is THAT INCREDIBLE. Truly.

Here are the 13 Halloween events included in “Goblins & Giggles.”

Ghoul School:Loveable misfits Jake L. Hyde, Shelley Stein, Boris Beats and Mandy Kin, all descendants of iconic Halloween monsters, entertain with stories and activities to demonstrate the importance of individuality, diversity, and being yourself.

Monster Mash Bash: With your best costume -- and dance moves -- on display, you'll catch on in a flash and be the graveyard smash of this ghoulish party. Costume contest winners take home some terror-ific prizes.

This “Toy Story” family is ready for the “Monster Mash Bash” costume party!

Wicked Brews Spookeasy: Creepy cocktails and mysterious mocktails are all treats and no tricks at the Spookeasy, a family-friendly, haunted hideaway that conjures up the spirit of a prohibition-era pub.

Our DELICIOUS & spooky drinks! We loved them so much we went back for seconds!

Cookie Decorating and Storytime with Morgana: For someone who uses a cauldron for cookware, Morgana the Witch can sure bake some spooktacular Halloween cookies. Join the welcoming witch and help decorate her latest batch of seasonal sweets.

My little one also LOVED meeting “Grim The Goblin” during storytime and cookie decorating!

Hide & Seek Scavenger Hunt featuring Spookley the Square Pumpkin: Everyone's favorite square pumpkin takes center stage in a game of Halloween hide and seek -- inviting super sleuths to solve puzzles that reveal his eight secret hiding spots around the resort. Solve all the puzzles and win a special prize!

Spookley the Square Pumpkin Dive-In Movie: It's time for a dive-in movie as the family-friendly, animated feature film "Spookley the Square Pumpkin" is presented on the big screen in Cypress Springs Water Park.

Who wouldn’t love a cute Halloween movie while hanging poolside in a waterpark?

Trick Or Treat Expedition: It's all treats and no tricks (well, maybe just one or two) along the Trick or Treat Expedition. Cheerfully spooky characters pop up along the way to add some smiles and laughs as youngsters on a search for sweet treats shout "Trick or Treat!"

The highlight of trick-or-treating was definitely meeting Spookley! She was THRILLED!

Jack-o'-lantern Walk: Transport yourself to a world of Halloween fun and stroll through a display of dozens of creatively decorated and carved Jack-o'-lanterns. Snap a few photos for inspiration for when you carve you own pumpkin at home.

This was definitely my favorite photo-op spot!

In addition to the “Goblins & Giggles”Halloween event, they also host other incredible seasonal events for Christmas and Spring, which you certainly do NOT want to miss out on! We will be returning for their Christmas celebration which is featuring Elf! Mission: Save Christmas, which kicks off on November 19, so be on the look out for my coverage of it!
